Church service
A description of our church services...

Praise & Worship
We believe that "where the Spirit of the Lord is there is liberty" (2 Corinthians 3:17), and encourage people to feel free when they worship with us. We believe that true worship occurs only when there is freedom. Therefore, there will never be any pressure placed on you to worship in a particular manner. If you do not feel comfortable with a certain style of worship, then feel free to abstain from it. However, please do not judge those who do worship in different ways. The Bible has much to say about the postures in which we may worship. Therefore, the following expressions are practiced here: Singing (Psalm 3:1), Standing (2 Chronicles 5:12), Dancing and Jumping (Psalm 149:3), Hands Lifted (Psalm 134:2), Kneeling (Psalm 95:6), Bowing Down (Psalm 95:6), Shouting (Psalm 66:1), Clapping (Psalm 47:1), Silence (Habakkuk 2:20), Playing Instruments (Psalm 150).

Bible Teaching
We believe that the teaching of the Word of God is an essential part of the worship service. Therefore, we have a time of teaching in each of our services. On Sunday morning the teaching in the main service is done by one of our four elders.

Giving

We believe giving is an important part of a Christian's service to the Lord. However, we believe that Christians should give joyfully; therefore we do not want you to feel pressure to give to this church. Please be led by the Lord in all of your giving. We have a box at the back of the meeting room for all who wish to give to our church.

Personal Ministry
Our ministry team is available near the end of the service to pray with you and for you for your salvation, healing, deliverance, or any other need you have. You never have to participate, as this is entirely voluntary. If you don't feel comfortable being prayed for by others, simply pray by yourself where you are. (Note: Before laying hands on someone in prayer, please ask for their permission.).
